Austin's Acres Coffee wanted to be different than the coffee you can buy in stores, and that's when they discovered wood-fire roasted coffee. A more flavorful coffee that goes back to how coffee was originally roasted. Not only is the coffee's flavor more pronounced, but the wood embarks a flavor on the coffee you can't get from modern-day coffee.
